Kevin was on time and did a great job troubleshooting and repairing my a/c unit. Very smart and courteous technician. Much Mahalo.

Air Masters installed our Mitsubishi split ac in 2024. After a 28 hour power outage in March 2026 the compressor stopped working. I did a hard reset, to no avail. Air Master sent their ac tech, Kevin and he found the control panel had a burnt out anoide and the main power board was corroded. He replace both panels and got our ac back up and running. Good thing the parts were still under warranty. Kevin explained everything and showed me the damaged areas and corrosion. I now know a lot more about AC's and how they should be maintained. Everybody at Air Masters from Kelly to Joann and then finally Kevin were very professional and courteous. Mahalo nui for all your help

Have to report on the excellent service AirMasters provided us from the initial estimate from Christian to the actual installation by Kim. Kim was very professional and even stayed late to finish our installation. Definitely recommend AirMasters and will be getting our future AC u this from them also.
