Kevin arrived on time & worked efficiently for scheduled maintenance & diagnosed a problem with one of our central AC zones (damper motor needs to be replaced). He cleaned our central unit upstairs & split unit downstairs. Kevin was a true professional and maintained good communication throughout the morning.

He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. We had many questions, and he always took the time to answer them and explain what he was doing.
