Excellent Service from Start to Finish! About 20 years ago, Air Masters installed our Fujitsu split air conditioning system, and it served us very well all these years. The compressor unit is located in a very tiny, hard-to-access space on our lanai, so I was especially grateful when the system suddenly stopped blowing cold air that I was able to get help so quickly. Within an hour of submitting the online service request, Emily contacted me and scheduled an appointment for the following week. She was friendly, helpful, and made the process very easy. On the day of the appointment, Kevin arrived right on time. From the beginning, he was reassuring and took the time to thoroughly check all of the components to determine what was wrong. He explained each step in a way that was easy for me to understand, and I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Unfortunately, we discovered that the broken part for my very old unit was extremely difficult to obtain and would also be very expensive. Kevin carefully explained my options—either spend a considerable amount of money repairing the old system or spend a little more and get a brand-new Fujitsu with a 12-year warranty. For me, it was a no-brainer! I’m now looking forward to having my new Fujitsu installed. I especially want to thank Kevin for being so considerate, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. I sincerely hope Kevin will be the technician who installs my new unit!
